Bar de Copa 26 pours from a tight, edited list — five signature drinks built around Dutch gin, Caribbean rum, tequila, whiskey, and fresh fruit pulled in that morning. Plus two bar snacks made for the drink in your hand.

01 · Oranja Boven
Dutch gin meets the tropics. Dutch gin, passion fruit purée (no sugar), a touch of simple syrup, ginger beer poured tableside on top.
02 · Fresh Pitch
Cold, clean, herbal. Vodka, fresh pineapple, cucumber, basil, lime, agave.
03 · La Bandera
Layered like the flag. White rum, ripe mango purée, coconut liqueur, blue curaçao, lime, simple syrup.
04 · Red Card
Don't argue with the ref. Whiskey, grapefruit juice, hibiscus syrup, lime, a few dashes of Angostura bitters.
05 · Tamarindoooo
Sweet, sour, the way it should be. Tequila, tamarind purée, tamarind liqueur, lime, agave.
